Wesley Bryant Shannon is a two-state licensee who has a parent in the business with a background in New Construction. As an assistant for the family business, Wesley performed an assortment of tasks, from designing a logo and preparing company documents to creating a company site and starting social media pages for the broker and the brokerage.

In that effort, Wesley was deeply exposed to the real estate process. He participated in checking property availability, attending listing and buyer appointments, showings, open houses, inspections, appraisals, and closings.

Wesley has held his New York license since 2018, and after relocating to Florida at the end of 2023, he decided to go out on his own. He earned his Florida real estate license in 2025 and became a licensed real estate agent in Florida the year after.

Wesley joined The Keyes Company Stuart in 2026. He brings transferable skills learned from over a decade of online marketing to Keyes. Having lived in Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, & Stuart, returning to reside on the Treasure Coast yet again after a hiatus provides Wesley with a distinct viewpoint: making small and large local changes that occurred in his absence boldly stand out after his return.

Wesley's community participation history on the Treasure Coast includes performing storytelling poetry at events held by the 9/11 First Responders of Florida and the Treasure Coast Parrotheads. In the spring of 2026, he became a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Senior Transition Specialist certified under the "Mom's House" program, receiving the training and support necessary to tackle the challenges faced by senior citizens and their adult children.

Going on a decade in the business in total, Wesley has real estate sales and marketing, relocation, and experience working with senior citizens under his belt. He brings that experience to his current home state of Florida to assist buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and investors in achieving their real estate goals.
